The ball gag measures a mouth-filling 1.75" diameter. It is  mounted on a stem designed to sit inside the mouth completely. With the stem, you have a total of 2" long to gag on inside your sub's mouth. The beautifully riveted panel it's attached to presses against your sub's lips, effectively muffling any kinds of noises to make it past the big breather lodged firmly in their mouth.
